A BIT ABOUT Sunny
Sunny is a resourceful and dedicated quality and audit professional with commercial awareness and an operational understanding of the risks and processes in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. He is committed to the highest standards of quality and is an expert at ensuring that risk is minimised in the workplace. Sunny applies risk management techniques to develop and implement effective new quality systems and procedures. He is recognised as a focused and results driven leader, who can quickly establish confidence and rapport across a wide cultural arena. His previous experience has been with the pharmaceutical logistics and medical device businesses.
COMPANY ROLE
As the QA Manager I primarily work on the implementation and maintenance of management systems including Quality, Health and Safety and environmental best practices. transfer of projects from the R&D team into a fully validated manufacturing process
STARTING WITH AG+
I have been with the business two months now. I was approached by a recruiter due to my previous background in quality in the Medical Device industry. The move into this position has provided me with the chance to put my personal touch on the company and help drive AgPlus forward as a business.

The best part of the job is the team. Having a small team allows everyone to work together and push for the best outcomes.
THE YEAR AHEAD
The year ahead is going to be a very exciting and busy year for me and for AgPlus as a whole. The change of scope to manufacturing and taking products to market are a major step for any business, I’m looking forward to playing my part in these areas and many others.
