CEO End of Year 2019 Round Up

Happy New year to you all

and here is to a prosperous 2020 for all our staff, suppliers and partners.

What a year 2019 was for AgPlus, we have made significant progress this year on our Point of Care device. Working closely with our partners in Zweibrucken, Thinxxs (IDEX Corp) we have made great strides in the design of a new cartridge system to house our patented electrochemistry technology. Using two UK partners, we established with Kinnear Dufort an industrial design for our Agilis™ platform and are now working with Surface Technology Innovations to complete the design and manufacture and 2020 will see us have a platform in routine manufacture and with various diagnostic partners we will be supporting regulatory submissions in China and the USA.

AgPlus is delighted to have secured two grants this year. The first awarded from the UKI2S Innovate Accelerator Fund and the second through Defence and Security Accelerator open call for Point of Care Diagnostics at the Front Line- phase1. These grants will allow us to further develop the technology platform and also assays for the detection of infectious disease.

We have secured more shareholder investment to match the grant money which will allow us to continue with final development and commercialisation of Agilis™ Platform.

Over the later part of this year we have been introducing you to our new team members and we will continue to do this through 2020 and as the team continues to expand.
